Upgrade Works/Reconstruction

This aim of this project is to extend the existing infrastructure in the IDA Park in Mullagharlin, Dundalk, with new access road and utility infrastructure

The project requires the realignment of the Knockroe Bend on the N81 for a distance of approximately 1km

This project has been undertaken to realign the existing carriageway at Maidenhead for a distance of 2km in County Laois

The N81 landscape corridor project involves the improvement of the landscaping along the N81, reshaping of the existing earth mound located in the central median, upgrade of public lighting and pedestrian footpaths

These works were undertaken as a pilot scheme to upgrade and repair a section of pavement on Shop Street. The works are to be monitor to assess if the design and construction will meet the long-term service requirements of this busy street
