Construction of new internal roads and access including all pavement layers and kerbing
Bulk excavation works and extensive landscaping works on site
Construction of new carparks and resurfacing of carparks
Provision of fire roads throughout the site
Construction of new concrete yards
Installation of street furniture such as bike shelters
Installation of CCTV and public lighting throughout the site
Installation of resin bound footpaths
Installation of all drainage and utility ducting
