Construction of a new link road from Northfield Road to Ballyogan Road to facilitate development of the area.
Key Elements
- Construction of a precast concrete bridge
- Realignment of existing stream and installation of culvert on the Ballogan Stream
- Full road construction including all pavement layers of new link road
- All earthworks including the construction of new earth retaining walls up to 6m in height
- Utility installation including drainage, public lighting, comms, gas, and new traffic signals
- Installation of new junction on Northfield road, including signalised pedestrian crossing and new bus stop
