Construction of over 1km of new pedestrian and cyclist facilitiies from the Drummartin Link Road/Blackthorne Drive junction through the Sandyford Rotary Interchange to the R113 Hillcrest Road/Kilgobbin Road Junction

- Design and implementation of pedestrian and traffic management during construction, including at the M50 interchange
- Construction of new segregated cycletrack and pedestrian facilities
