- Construction a new retaining wall
- Construction of a new reinforced concrete and portal steel salt storage barn and all associated works
- Construction and installation of a new vehicle wash bay facility
- Construction of new bituminous access road
- Installation of all services including public lighting, CCTV, water, fire and electrical systems.
