Key Elements

  • Site Clearance works to remove vegetation and debris from the cottage
  • Reconstruction of sections of damaged walls using the same materials and style as the existing
  • Windows repaired where possible and replaced with new windows constructed in the same manner as the existing
  • Removal of the existing roof slates and were reused to reslate the roof supplemented with slates of the same material where necessary
  • Roof construction used old timbers where possible with new timbers used where necessary
  • Full electrical and plumbing fit out, carried out in a sympathetic manner
  • All internal finishes such as bathroom and kitchen installed fitting to the age of the property
