  • Full road construction on greenfield site, including earthworks, drainage and all pavement layers
  • Construction of new footpaths and cycletracks, cycletrack surfaced in red coloured material
  • Installation of kerbing both precast and cast in situ
  • Installation of new drainage system including provision of a new outfall
  • Installation of new public lighting for full length of scheme, tying into an existing connection
  • Installation of new bypass separator, Class 1
  • Paving works carried out in Castlestone paving
  • Landscaping works including planting of trees and grass seeding
  • All traffic signs and road markings required as part of the project
