Construction of new access road within Grange Castle Business Park to allow for construction of a new data centre.
Key Elements
- Full road construction on greenfield site, including earthworks, drainage and all pavement layers
- Construction of new footpaths and cycletracks, cycletrack surfaced in red coloured material
- Installation of kerbing both precast and cast in situ
- Installation of new drainage system including provision of a new outfall
- Installation of new public lighting for full length of scheme, tying into an existing connection
- Installation of new bypass separator, Class 1
- Paving works carried out in Castlestone paving
- Landscaping works including planting of trees and grass seeding
- All traffic signs and road markings required as part of the project
