Key Elements

  • Installation of deep surface and foul sewer lines within the tidal zone, including the construction of reinforced service chambers
  • Construction of 26,000m² concrete slab including all earthworks, drainage, service installation, ducting and kerbing
  • Installation of new watermains of varying sizes
  • Traffic Management, programming and managing works to ensure minimal impact on Port Operations
  • Construction of a pumping station with full M&E fitout
  • Installation of specialist high mast lighting including foundations in the tidal area and protection barriers
