Installation of 11 no. pedestrian crossings throughout the Fingal area
Key Elements
- Installation of 6 no. signalised crossings, including all ducting, cabling, power connections, poles and signal heads
- Installation of 5 no. zebra type crossings, 4 of which are raised
- Alterations to the existing drainage to facilitate the installation of the raised crossings
- Installation of dropped kerbs and footpaths with tactile paving at each of the crossings
- Protection and minor diversion works to existing services such as ESB and Eir
- Design and implementation of all traffic management for the works
- Alterations to the existing road markings to allow for the installation of the crossings
- Pavement construction for the raised crossings
