The project was undertaken to extend and reconstruct the existing carpark
Key Elements
- Design and implementation of pedestrian and traffic management to keep the carpark live during construction
- Site clearance works to extend the carpark
- Full pavement construction on newly extended section of the carpark and resurfacing of wearing course on entire carpark
- Installation of 3 no. car charging points
- Construction of a new retaining wall and new boundary wall
- Installation of a concrete access ramp into the carpark
- Installation of new drainage network within the carpark
- Landscaping of the area including the installation of new trees
- Relining of carpark with provision for 254 car parking bays
