Fit-out of an existing 1500m² retail unit to convert it to a music retail store.

- Demolition of internal walls and reconfiguration of the ventilation, heating and electrical systems to provide open plan retail area, office space and specialist sales areas
- Fit-out works to include demo room and specialist sound insulated drum booths
- Design and construction of 300m² mezzanine floor including access stairs
