Construction of a new public park with associated Tea Room in the Cherrywood SDZ
Key Elements
- All earthworks/reshaping of the 6.0ha site to construct the public park
- Hard and soft landscaping for the Park
- Full construction of a single storey pavilion building to house the tea room
- Construction of footpaths, cycleways, access road and carparking facilities
- Installation of services such as public lighting, CCTV, charge points for electric cars and all service connections for the building
- Full fitout of the pavilion building including M & E fitout
- Installation of new drainage for the entire park
