  • All earthworks/reshaping of the 6.0ha site to construct the public park
  • Hard and soft landscaping for the Park
  • Full construction of a single storey pavilion building to house the tea room
  • Construction of footpaths, cycleways, access road and carparking facilities
  • Installation of services such as public lighting, CCTV, charge points for electric cars and all service connections for the building
  • Full fitout of the pavilion building including M & E fitout
  • Installation of new drainage for the entire park
