Design and construction of 23 cottages and 4 apartments in Spiddal Village.
Key Elements
- Full construction of five different styles of dwellings; 2 different types of 4 bedroom cottages and 2 bedroom apartments, and 2 bedroom cottages
- Site development works including site clearance, earthworks, drainage, service installation, access roads, pavement construction, landscaping and all ancillary works
- Installation of all service connections including drainage, gas, water, foul, ESB and Eir
- Fit-out of the cottages including mechanical, electrical, floor and wall finishes, and all soft furnishings
- Amenities on site including fully equiped playground, tennis courts, indoor games room and picnic area
