Complete refurbishment and partial construction of 37 No. terrace houses and apartments in a number of blocks.
Key Elements
- Pyrite remediation works which included the removal and replacement of the existing floor slabs, internal walls, fixtures and fittings and all internal furnishings
- Partial construction and completion of a number of apartment blocks including blockwork walls, roof construction, floors and all associated first and second fix works
- Significant fire stopping and rectification works to all apartments to comply with current regulations and standards
- Insulation upgrades to all units to meet current standards
- Full M&E fitout including all fixtures and fittings
- All ceining, wall and floor finishes including all furnishings
- External drainage works and attenuation installation
- Construction of new boundary walls and fencing
- Completion of estate access roads including service installation, kerbing, surfacing and footpaths
- Landscaping and planting to the estate
