Key Elements

  • Installation of new foul sewer at depths of up to 5.5m
  • Installation of new ducting for the ESB both MV and LV
  • Construction of new ESB, communication and foul sewer chambers as required
  • Installation of a new gas main and connection to existing main
  • Installation of new watermain including all connections, valves, hydrants and thrust blocks
  • Reinstatement of all areas including block paving, bituminous surfacing and green areas
  • Design and implementation of all traffic management both pedestrian and vehicular within the campus
