- Site clearance works
- Liaising with South Dublin County Council to obtain a road opening licence and associated T2 licences
- Liaising with Irish Water to carry out the connections and South Dublin County Council
- Liaising with the Luas Operators to obtain permits to work adjacent to the tracks
- Liaising with Bord Gais and ESB HV section to agree working in the vicinity of gas and electricity transmission mains
- Design and implementation of all traffic management for the works which are being undertaken while maintaining traffic volumes
- Installation of a new gravity sewer at depths over 5m in both the Client’s lands and the public road
- Installation of new watermain and communications ducting
- Installation a pumped rising main
- Excavation in rock to install some of the services
