- Construction of a new entrance to the facility consisting of a stainless steel structure, with glass and steel handrails and tactile paving entrance steps
- Cladding of the new building facade with treated larch
- Granite and limestone paving at new entrance
- Full M&E fit-out of the building
- Supply and installation of new match standard flood lighting to the existing pitch
