Design and build of a Head Office for ECIJCB. It consisted of 875m² office space on two floors, 1000m² workshop and 620m² stores. Works also included a 4500m² serviced concrete yard, carpark and specialist wash area.
Key Elements
- Portal steel frame structure with Kingspan wall and roof cladding and extensive curtain wall glazed facades
- Bituminous carpark and steel fibre reinforced concrete service yard including earthworks, drainage, kerbing, service installation, footpaths, line marking and all associated ancillary works
- Attenuated drainage system including a Stormtech tank and associated Aco drainage
- Washbay with specialist filtration systems and silt interceptors
- Security system including public lighting, CCTV, intruder alarm and linked automated gates
- Full M&E fitout including all mains and power distribution, heating, cooling, ventilation, drainage, BMS, water, lighting, communications, mechanical and plant controls, PA, TV & AV and fire alarm
- Internal fit-out including partition walls, ceilings, internal glazing, welfare facilities, toilets, changing areas, kitchens and all wall and floor finishes
