Design and construction of a 3000m² warehouse distribution facility complete with ancillary office accommodation and a 1800m² serviced concrete yard.
Key Elements
- Portal steel frame structure with Kingspan wall and roof cladding
- Design and construction of a steel fibre reinforced concrete yard, including all earthworks, drainage, ducting and kerbing
- Design and construction of the internal steel fibre reinforced floor to an FM2 finish
- Installation of aco drainage, attenuation systems and interceptors
- Installation of public lighting and CCTV system
- Mechanical and electrical installation including heating, cooling, ventilation, BMS, mains and power distribution, lighting, communications, PA, TV & AV and intruder alarm
- Internal precast concrete wall construction and full office fit-out including internal glazing, suspended ceilings and all floor finishes
- Dock levellers and retaining walls to access the warehouse
