Committed to ensuring EDI
In 2020 we started working with the Irish Centre for Diversity to look at how we could improve the inclusivity of our business. Since that time we have worked hard to evolve our business processes.
- 2021 we were awarded our Bronze Investors in Diversity which was based on an assessment of our polices and procedures. This award was accompanied by a report with recommendations which were implemented.
- In 2022, once the implemented changes had time to embed, we undertook a comprehensive survey of our staff which resulted in the business being awarded the Investors in Diversity Silver award
- This Silver Award was maintained in 2024 on foot of another extensive survey of our staff
We understand that our business success depends on our employees, and we ensure that we employ a wide and diverse workforce. The Investors in Diversity comes with a report which gives direction based on international best practice as to how to improve our employees experience of working in Clonmel Enterprises Ltd. We have worked hard over the last number of years and will continue to do so, that the company grows successfully having Equality, Diversity and Inclusivity as key principles.
