Key Elements

  • Provision of a sign database of all signs detailing dimensions, pole numbers and a photograph of all signs/Inspections were carried out at intervals during the contract to identify damage and address same
  • Maintenance of all signs including yearly washing, vegetation removal and minor defect repair
  • Completing task orders for replacement of damaged signs
  • Provision of traffic management on all road levels and in a variety of layouts such as shuttle systems, road narrows and lane closures
  • Liaising with Local Authorities and the Gardai to carry out works in their area and operating multiple crews in order to complete works within tight target dates and seasons
