The Coastal Cycle Route involves turning part of the N31 from Seapoint Avenue into Dún Laoghaire and continuing onto the R831 as far as Sandycove Avenue West, into a one way system for vehicular traffic, while providing extended pedestrian and cycle access which offers the public adequate scope for meeting social distancing requirements
