This design and build scheme included the construction of a new river bridge and continued the link road from the Moyglare road to the Dunboyne road in Maynooth
Key Elements
- Design and implementation of pedestrian and traffic management during construction
- Liaising with Kildare County Council to obtain the T2 (Road Opening) Licence
- Design and construction of a new 2 span concrete structure over the River Lyreen
- Design and construction of a link road over made ground
- Installation of all utilities including gas, water, foul, communications and power
- Installation of a signalised junction on the existing Dunboyne Road
- Installation of new drainage network for the road and proposed development including attenuation tanks
- Installation of public lighting network
- Construction of segregated footpath and cycletracks
