Key Elements
- Construction of new internal roads and access including all pavement layers and kerbing
- Bulk excavation works and extensive landscaping works on site
- Construction of new carparks and resurfacing of carparks
- Provision of fire roads throughout the site
- Construction of new concrete yards
- Installation of street furniture such as bike shelters
- Installation of CCTV and public lighting throughout the site
- Installation of resin bound footpaths
- Installation of all drainage and utility ducting
