- All temporary traffic management for the construction works including pedestrian diversions
- Works to infill the existing coal cellars with concrete infill
- Construction of reinforced concrete buttresses to support the existing retaining wall and the existing arched openings
- Repair and repointing of the stone masonry wall
- Replacement of the existing capping on the wall
