This project involved construction and completion works of partly constructed residential scheme to 11 No 1, 2 & 3 bed Apartments, including modifications to planning permission and completion in accordance with BCMS and current Building Regulations
Key Elements
- Full construction works to 2 no. apartments including foundations, steel frame, blockwork, roof and all internal works
- Completion works to the commenced buildings including roofing, blockwork and repairs
- Internal stud walls to all units
- First and second fix, carpentry, plumbing and electrical installations
- All service connections, including obtaining T2 and Road Opening licences from Meath County Council to carry out works on the public road
- All groundworks required on the site including drainage, car parking, watermain, foul sewer and ducting for power, lighting, communications
- Full internal fit out including kitchens, bathrooms, painting and decorating
- All works completed in line with BCaR
- Construction of all boundary treatments
