Development of M7 Business Park and Units. Works included the design and construction of the access roads, entrance roundabout onto Junction 10 Interchange, M7 Motorway and a new foul sewerage pumping station for the park.
Key Elements
- Extensive traffic management to construct a new roundabout at Junction 10 Interchange, M7 Motorway
- Full construction for all access roads including site clearance, earthworks, drainage, full pavement construction, service installation and all ancillary works
- 2 No. sewerage pumping stations to facilitate all future connections within the park including full M&E fit-outs
- Installation of all service connections for future sites including drainage, gas, water, foul, ESB, Eir and communications
- Installation of public lighting and CCTV network which linked to the security monitoring hut at the entrance to the estate
- Construction of boundary walls in a variety of mediums such as forticrete blockwork, railings, palisade fencing and weld mesh fencing
- Installation of general road signage and business park signage in the form of 2 No. monolithic entrance feature signs
