Refurbishment of a two storey office and warehouse building.
Key Elements
- Structural repairs including replacement of steel bracing, tie beams and damaged tie-rods
- Refurbishment of the existing roller shutter doors and internal window shutters
- Demolition of existing internal layout, making good of wall abutments and construction of partitions in new layout
- Replacement of suspended ceilings and reconfiguration of all electrical services to suit a new open plan office layout
- Recommissioning of fire and intruder alarms
- Replacement of all flooring and washing and repainting of building internally and externally
