Upgrading of the existing Shankill Dart Station car park
Key Elements
- Repairs to the existing surface of the carpark and resurfacing of the entire carpark and the roundabout at the entrance
- Alterations to the drainage including the provision of new kerb and gully systems and a large attenuation area and swale
- Installation of a new public lighting, CCTV and electric car charging system in the car park
- Construction of bituminous footpaths in and around the car park including kerbing and tactile paving at crossing points
- Construction of a reinforced concrete retaining wall with pedestrian railings at the station
- Installation of new cycle stands with canopy
