Construction of 650m of carriageway to provide a new access to Grange Castle Business Park.
Key Elements
- Full carriageway construction on a greenfield site including tie ins to existing Baldonnel Road
- Installation of all services including drainage, culverts, foul sewer, gas main, watermain, electricity, communications and public lighting ducting
- New limestone clad entrance to match existing entrances to Business Park
- Installation of CCTV and security system linked into a central monitored system
- Construction of footpaths and cycletracks in varying material types
- Installation of HV ESB ducting and working under HV lines, liaising with the ESB to carry out installation works
